SMS & Email Auto-Response: Automated response systems that engage inbound leads and contacts via text message and email

Appointment Booking: Online and automated scheduling tools that allow clients and leads to book, confirm, reschedule, and receive reminders for appointments

AI Phone Agent: An artificial-intelligence-powered voice system that handles inbound and outbound phone calls on behalf of client businesses

All services are delivered through GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.), our primary CRM and communications platform, in conjunction with supporting tools including Stripe (payments), Make.com (workflow automation), and Retell AI (AI voice agent).

LeadRecoveryOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, booking appointments, or communicating with us

Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information provided to you

Promptly notify LeadRecoveryOS of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services

Cooperate in good faith with LeadRecoveryOS personnel to facilitate the delivery of services

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. LeadRecoveryOS does not charge you separately for SMS communications; however, your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging and data rates.

5.4 How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 323-541-4700. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. LeadRecoveryOS is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to carrier issues, network outages, or device limitations.

5.7 Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from LeadRecoveryOS. You may engage with our services without providing consent to receive text messages, though certain automated features may require SMS communication to function as intended.

7. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Payments for LeadRecoveryOS services are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize LeadRecoveryOS to charge the applicable fees for the services you have selected.

The following billing terms apply:

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted

Subscription or retainer fees, where applicable, are billed in advance on a recurring basis as agreed at the time of purchase

LeadRecoveryOS does not store your full payment card number; all payment data is handled directly by Stripe

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated at the time of service agreement

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current and accurate

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADRECOVERYOS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO LEADRECOVERYOS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
